Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of properties, including communicating with tenants, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and profitable.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct property inspections, gather data, and prepare reports for management review.
