Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Property Manager based in Richmond, NSW. The role involves overseeing property operations, maintaining properties, managing tenant relations, conducting inspections, handling maintenance requests, overseeing budgets, managing leases, ensuring legal compliance, coordinating with vendors, preparing financial reports, and implementing best practices in property management.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, lease management, and tenant relations
  • Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance oversight
  • Proficiency with property management software and related technologies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a senior or supervisory role is advantageous
