The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Project Director with an eye for detail and to join our Growth Team and explore regional opportunities that we have identified across the country.

Ideally you will come from a Heavy Civil's background, hold significant Structures experience and understand how to deliver projects within a regional environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Set project vision, values and behavioral standards.
  • Client and stakeholder management, including but not limited to contract negotiation, stakeholder meetings and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and lead the development of team including organisation structure, senior management recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Set delivery strategies in consultation with corporate and senior site teams.
  • Support project and construction management and teams.
  • Manage the project risk and opportunities.
  • Ensure that the works are delivered in line with Martinus policies and procedures.
