Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on

the details, even when under pressure?

A result -oriented front office role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with some of the bank's largest and most influential clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate complex client needs.

You'll play a key role in delivering bespoke solutions and ensuring a seamless client experience across all touchpoints:

  • work closely with Relationship Managers to support the servicing and administration of client relationships
  • an outstanding opportunity to combine your interest in client consultation as well hands-on operational tasks
  • a function that collaborates closely with Business Management, Credit, other Relationship Managers' teams, Investment Services & Products, Operations, Treasury, IT, etc. for functional efficiency
  • a holistic advisory approach in Wealth Management and one of the strongest platforms in the industry
  • market leading products, tailored solutions and services for our sophisticated clients

Your team
You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management business division in Australia. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients. Your expertise
  • Proven background as an assistant relationship manager preferably in Wealth Management or in a supporting role including in Wealth Management operations
  • consistent track record of meaningful work experience within Private Banking Wealth Management preferred
  • university degree with a specialization in Banking/Finance
  • knowledge in financial products and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions
  • excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, to listen, guide and advise external and also internal partners
  • excellent client and service orientation when interacting with sophisticated entrepreneurs and leaders
  • result driven work approach, a high level of flexibility and personal responsibility paired with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • the highest professional work ethic and performing fully in line with compliance standards, internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies *
