Job Skill Set Requirements

  • Good phone and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Upbeat and motivating attitude
  • Punctuality and organization

Remit

  • Design personalized exercise programs based on members' experience, health, and goals
  • Train members during PE @ PF hourly sessions
  • Submit training programs or logs for review
  • Handle front desk duties when not training (sales, cancellations, tours, calls, cleaning)
  • Inspect equipment and AEDs for malfunctions
  • Oiling equipment weekly
  • Monitor the "30 min Express" area for inappropriate use

Experience/Qualifications

  • Certifications: Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, or proof of working towards certification
  • Must be certified within two months of hire if not already
  • Prior supervisory or 3-5 years relevant experience preferred
  • Fitness background and Australian Fitness Provider certifications
  • First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks
  • WWC (Working With Children) certificate for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD
  • National Police Check within the last 12 months
