The Opportunity

We deliver projects that improve the communities where we live, work, and play. With strong growth ambitions for our team, we're looking for passionate and experienced planning and environmental professionals to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and deliver environmental assessment and planning projects, including EIS, SSI, SSD, MID, and REFs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across both public and private sectors
  • Contribute to work winning and business development, including the preparation of competitive and compelling fee proposals
  • Lead and mentor team members, supporting their development and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Provide expert advice on large-scale local and national infrastructure projects such as: renewable energy (generation and transmission), transport infrastructure (road, rail, and transition to Net Zero), water and utilities projects, property developments and broader land use planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of technical specialists including ecologists, acousticians, contaminated land scientists, engineers, and designers
About You

You're passionate about environmental planning and approvals, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and communities.

  • 3–15 years of experience in environmental planning and approvals
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to major projects and approval strategies
  • A sound understanding of Queensland's environmental assessment frameworks and planning legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or support complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in mentoring others
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a high-performing, growing team
