Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join our Property Management team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Coburg, VIC and is designed to support our Senior Property Managers in delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.

You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of property management, with structured guidance, mentoring, and the opportunity to progress your career within our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Property Managers with day-to-day management of residential properties
• Conduct routine, entry, and final property inspections
• Handle and respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople
• Prepare lease agreements and process rental applications
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
• Perform administrative tasks to support the property management team

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Basic understanding of property management principles (training provided)
• Experience with property management software is advantageous but not essential
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
