The role on offer includes leasing work andproperty development, acquisition/disposal for a mixture of developers, investors, owners, landlords and public and private companies.
You will be acting for property developers in all stages of commercial property transactions, as well as advising on complex subdivisions, acquisitions and sales, disposals, finance and joint ventures.
The firm is looking for a junior lawyer with at least 1 year of post admission experience (and a provable interest in property/real estate), and up to about 3 years.
