Pathfinder Recruitment have partnered with one of the country's most iconic and fastest-growing beverage brands in their search for a Franchise Area Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially astute professional to join a dynamic national team and play a pivotal role in supporting and growing a network of passionate franchise partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based environment, has a strong background in QSR or retail operations, and enjoys helping others achieve success through coaching, performance analysis, and strategic support
We're looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Franchise Business Consultant to partner with our franchise network, delivering operational excellence, business growth, and strategic support.
What You'll Do
Facilitate business planning and financial review sessions with franchisees.
Guide and support franchisees in tracking and achieving business goals.
Analyse performance data (P&L, KPIs, compliance) to identify improvement opportunities.
Mentor franchisees in commercial performance, customer experience, and brand standards.
Lead multi-site development and succession planning across your territory.
Ensure compliance by conducting audits and championing food safety and service standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Learning, and Support Teams.
Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor competitor activity and offer strategic insights to boost competitive edge.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with a mix of operational expertise, business acumen, and people leadership. Ideally, you will have:
Experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail (multi-site or franchise experience preferred).
Deep understanding of front/back-of-house operations, speed of service, and labour control.
Strong coaching and training capabilities to drive performance and capability uplift.
P&L and KPI literacy with a strategic approach to improving financial outcomes.
Problem-solving skills backed by data and a solutions-focused mindset.
Clear, confident, and empathetic communication at all levels.
A self-starter attitude with excellent time management — essential in a field-based role.
