Evolution Laser Clinic is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager – Franchise Sales & Performance Support to partner with our franchise network and help take their clinics to the next level.

Evolution Laser Clinics is one of Australia's leading providers of advanced skin, laser, and cosmetic treatments. With a network of 25 franchise clinics and a growing footprint, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and empowering our franchisees to thrive.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is more than just a sales gig. As a trusted advisor to our franchise partners, you'll work closely with clinic owners and their teams to drive revenue growth, enhance client experience, and implement smart business strategies.

You'll be based in Wetherill Park but will be required to travel regularly across the network to support, performance coaching, and tailored business advice. It's a hands-on role, with more time spent in clinic with our franchisees than in our support office.

What You'll Do

  • Support a portfolio of franchise clinics to achieve their growth and sales targets
  • Coach teams on client acquisition, treatment sales, and skincare retail
  • Analyse business performance and help franchisees implement growth strategies
  • Assist with local marketing, staff training, and campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Head Office on strategic initiatives and new product rollouts

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a BDM, sales manager, or franchise support role
  • A strong commercial mindset and understanding of KPIs and clinic performance metrics
  • Outstanding relationship and communication skills – you're a natural coach and motivator
  • Confidence in presenting, training, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine desire to see others succeed
  • Ability to travel to our clinics regularly

Bonus points if you've worked in the beauty, health, or franchise sectors – or have used systems like Mindbody and World Manager.
