Position Overview :

REVL Training is seeking a highly organised and proactive franchise Sales professional to join our Sales team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Sales team, helping to drive the sales process, ensure seamless operations, and support franchise and direct sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to REVL's growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the sales team by tracking and managing sales leads in the CRM system, ensuring that prospects are effectively followed up with and transition smoothly through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of prospect status and outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing, organising, and distributing sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and product / service details. Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key sales metrics.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating the sales process, from initial prospect contact to closing deals. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate, current information on leads, prospects, and customers. Ensure the sales team has access to updated and clean data to aid in their sales efforts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and potential clients throughout the sales process. Handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and support the team by providing follow-up communications and necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with the Sales team, Marketing, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, including lead generation campaigns, customer communications, and events. Actively contribute to team meetings and help identify areas for process improvement.
  • Help maintain and organise sales collateral, ensuring that the sales team has the right resources available to present to prospective clients and partners. Ensure all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding.
  • Provide logistical support for sales-related events, including franchise expos, conferences, webinars, and product demonstrations. Help organise, execute, and follow up on events, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients and attendees.
  • Assist in compiling and analysing sales data, providing actionable insights to help improve sales strategies. Produce regular reports on lead status, sales targets, and outcomes to track team performance.
  • Collect customer feedback from prospects and clients during and after the sales process to identify opportunities for improvement. Work with the team to incorporate this feedback into future sales strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service. Experience within the fitness, training, or franchise industry is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic understanding of sales processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional partners in a professional manner.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail : Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient with digital tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Comfortable using a variety of tools to streamline sales support functions.

Desired Skills :

  • CRM Experience : Previous experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales data is preferred. Familiarity with sales funnel management and reporting is an asset.
  • Event Coordination Experience : Familiarity with organising sales events such as expos, trade shows, or customer meetings.
  • Fitness or Training Industry Knowledge : A passion for the fitness industry and knowledge of REVL's products and services would be highly beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to handle challenges that arise in the sales process with a solution-oriented approach.
