About the Opportunity:
As our Regional Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable aged care services across a portfolio of sites. You'll lead a talented team, championing best practice and innovation in every aspect of our operations. Your strategic mindset and commercial acumen will be key as you drive performance, optimise budgets, and identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity and is passionate about making a measurable impact. You will collaborate with senior leaders and business partners, translating national strategy into operational plans that deliver real results. Your ability to analyse data, manage risk, and implement continuous improvement will ensure our services not only meet but exceed expectations.
About You:
We're looking for a proven leader with significant experience in residential aged care or complex health services, and a deep understanding of regulatory and funding environments. You'll bring strong financial skills, a track record of driving operational performance, and the confidence to lead geographically dispersed teams.
To be considered, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, aged care, business, or a related discipline.
- Significant senior leadership experience in residential aged care or complex health/human services.
- Deep understanding of the aged care regulatory environment, standards, and funding systems.
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams in complex operational settings.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Current Australian driver's licence and capacity to travel.
- Commitment to BaptistCare's values and mission.
- Postgraduate qualifications in business, leadership, or management.
- Experience in mission-driven, not-for-profit, or values-based organisations.
