Responsibilities
  • Lead the breakfast service and assist Restaurant Manager.
  • Manage a large team of service staff and bartenders.
  • Ensure the preparation and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Provide team leadership and mentoring and maintain guest information.
  • Assist Restaurant Manager with product development and work within the overall leadership team.
  • Ensure the highest level of consistency and maintenance of the restaurant and foster cohesion between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Achieve and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

About The Venue

Garum is situated in the historic Hibernian Hall at the foot of The Westin Hotel in the East End of Perth CBD. The venue focuses on Roman-inspired techniques and traditions, using local ingredients to deliver a unique Roman flavour. The focus is on guest experience and creating an environment that promotes skill development and career advancement.
