We are seeking an exceptional Breakfast Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our breakfast operations, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences during breakfast service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the breakfast team in event set-up and break-down for seamless service across dining areas.
  • Welcome guests to our breakfast outlets with attentive and friendly service, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Understand menu content, seasonal changes, and promotional activities to inform staff and serve guests effectively.
  • Manage customer accounts using our point-of-sale system.
  • Oversee basic beverage preparation and assist with barista or bartender duties as needed.
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service, setting the standard for the team.
  • Actively promote our establishment and implement strategies to drive revenue during breakfast service.

**Requirements:**

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential.
