Overview

Join to apply for the Criminal Lawyer - 2 Year PQE role at Legal Management Solutions.

We're looking for a self-motivated 2 Year PQE Lawyer to work in criminal law. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you'll play a key role in providing legal services to our diverse client base. Flexible permanent hours depending on your lifestyle. Work from home arrangements available. You'll have the opportunity to take on a range of criminal legal cases and develop your expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Representing clients in criminal law matters
  • Conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and drafting submissions and other legal documents
  • Liaising and advising clients on their legal rights
  • Negotiating with prosecutors and other legal parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in the legal system
  • Overseeing Trust Accounts
  • Social Media Engagement
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' post-qualification experience as a Lawyer
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Must have own car and driver's licence to attend court
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients

Must Have / Be Willing To
