The opportunity:
Our Visitor Service Attendants support our Visitor Services team in providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests.

Often the first point of contact on resort, we are looking for people who are passionate about high-level customer service, possess exceptional communication skills, and want to be part of a dynamic team in the stunning setting of Mt Buller.

With indoor and outdoor duties, combine your passion for customer service and snow, and join us this winter

Key responsibilities include:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and demonstrate basic skills and knowledge in Visitor Services
  • Provide frontline service to customers, handle enquiries and complaints, and process transactions
  • Offer a professional and friendly resort entry and reception experience for guests and visitors
  • Manage administrative and transactional tasks, including handling documents, information, and finance-related matters securely

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for working with others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or first point of contact roles
  • Experience working in a resort environment

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Hold a current Australian driver's license
  • Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
  • Be available to work weekends and school holidays
  • Be available from June to 30 September 2025 (or the declared snow season)
