About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our ongoing growth by delivering proactive and strategic talent solutions. You'll partner closely with business leaders to understand their current and future talent needs, while building robust talent pipelines and communities.

This role will see you specialising in recruitment for insurance claims handling roles, a critical area of our business. You'll leverage your expertise to attract top talent for roles such as claims consultants, assessors, and other key positions that support our clients and drive our success.

This is more than just recruitment – it's about being a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a champion for exceptional candidate experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including early talent initiatives, that will shape the future of our workforce.
