Take Two has a comprehensive clinical framework and is supported by a knowledge team that provides internal clinical practice development, research and specialist consultation to the program to enhance outcomes for service users.

- $100-$103k pa (Dependent on experience) + Super & Salary Packaging
As a Clinician with Take Two, you\\'ll carry a caseload of clients who are at various stages of care, assessment and treatment. Therapeutic work can range from short-term to long-term. Some of the core responsibilities of the role include:
- Conducting assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans guided by the Neurosequential model and/or other clinical measures, with clear goals that are reviewed regularly.
- Work in collaborative manner with the client, family, and the care team to achieve the goals within the specified time frame.
- Provide face-to-face clinical services across the Hume Region.
- Undertaking consultation with leadership for complex cases to ensure clinical governance.
Take Two is a flagship site of the Child Trauma Academy implementing the Model of Neurosequential Therapeutics to guide intervention planning.

About YouWe are looking for a values-based Clinician who understands the needs of children, young people and families in this sector.
You will be able to demonstrate your work with a diverse range of clients, and how you have been creative and flexible in your clinical approach. You will have proven assessment, treatment and report writing skills, and will also want to further develop your clinical knowledge.
An appropriate Bachelor level degree or higher is required to be successful in this position.
