Responsibilities

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll be the friendly first stop for IT support at easykind. You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems run seamlessly, while empowering our team to use technology with confidence.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing Level 1 and 2 IT support across hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems with Windows, macOS, and cloud-based tools.
  • Supporting system administration, integrations, reporting, and technical documentation.
  • Managing project plans, schedules, and IT-related documentation.
  • Training and supporting staff in easykind's technology stack.
  • Maintaining network security and helping embed cybersecurity best practice.
  • Collaborating with our IT team and broader departments to meet business needs.
Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and common business apps.
  • Basic networking know-how (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent communication and a genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions.
  • Ability to translate "tech-speak" into clear, simple language.
Bonus points

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of desktop/laptop lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to ITIL-based service management.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
  • Hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for learning.
