Your Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the face of our branch and customer service. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, handling cash, investigating queries, and assisting with paperwork. You'll also support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.

  • Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch
