Asset owners are forced to rely on incomplete data and assumptions to answer critical questions: Is it safe? When will it fail? How much will it cost?
About the RolePosition Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Account Executive to lead Enterprise sales across the Property Industry. This is an exciting yet demanding role that requires a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging environment, taking ownership of a territory that spans multiple geographies.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Lead & manage a territory that covers multiple international regions, ensuring consistent growth and market penetration.
- Engage with complex sales cycles, working closely with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Research, identify, and actively approach new potential customers using our advanced toolsets.
- Execute various outbound campaigns, both online and in-person, to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive account and territory plans to maximise market opportunities and customer engagement.
This is not a typical sales role—it's a challenging position that demands passion, drive, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated success in complex, enterprise sales environments with a track record of achieving ambitious targets.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans, including developing required materials as part of the Trendspek sales process (including qualitative and quantitative ROI for prospects).
