A new opportunity now exists for an experienced Managed Services Account Executive to join our team responsible for Corporate and Government accounts at Experteq.
The Account Executive for Corporate & Government drives growth by deepening relationships with Managed Service clients and leveraging an "Expand and Nurture" strategy. This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling our solutions in Trusted Cloud & Infrastructure, Trusted Workspaces, and Trusted Data & AI, aligning them with clients' evolving needs, while collaborating with Managed Service Operations, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The Account Executive also engages in technical roadmap discussions to ensure our solutions meet clients' future needs and strategic objectives.

What You Will Do Here
- Expand and Nurture Client Relationships: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to deepen and expand relationships within our existing Managed Services client base, focusing on the Corporate and Government sectors. Take the initiative to manage multiple priorities and lead conversations to explore new frontiers.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase service adoption and expand our footprint, leveraging opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our IT Managed Services offerings across Trusted Cloud & Infrastructure, Trusted Workspaces, and Trusted Data & AI.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues while maintaining exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Engage in technical roadmap discussions to align our solutions with clients' long-term objectives, contributing to client engagement and account expansion activities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players and vendors to enhance our service offerings and support client objectives.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and strategic partners to secure terms that support both service delivery excellence and financial goals.
Who You Are
- Experienced Professional: You have at least 7 years of experience in IT Managed Services, with a strong focus on client engagement and strategic account management, ideally within the Corporate or Government sectors.
- Client Relationship Expert: Your background in client relationship management and strategic account management is solid, and you excel at cross-selling and upselling diverse services.
- Excellent Communicator: Your interpersonal and communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, effective communication.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to oversee complex technology integrations and develop strategic client solutions.
- Project Management Pro: You're proficient in project management and multitasking in dynamic environments, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives.
- Tech-Savvy Innovator: You are tech fluent with expertise in technological innovation and its practical applications, particularly in integrating services across Trusted Cloud & Infrastructure, Modern Workspace, and Trusted Data & AI solutions. You explore new frontiers with enthusiasm.
