About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse in our Community Health team, you will provide safe, evidence-based care across home visits, clinics, and outreach settings, delivering a wide range of clinical services including wound care, continence management, medication administration, and palliative support, while building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to support their independence, wellbeing, and confidence in managing their health.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care during home visits, clinics, and outreach settings.
  • Deliver wound care, continence management, medication administration (including intravenous administration where approved).
  • Support clients to live independently, manage chronic conditions, and recover at home; promote wellbeing and health self-management.
About You / Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
  • Qualification approved by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia for administration of medication (including intravenous administration).
  • Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the position specialty.
  • Current valid Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through information technology and strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
