About The Role

As a Strata Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our strata department running smoothly. Step into a supportive environment and work alongside experienced Strata Managers, supporting them with:

  • Preparing agendas and minutes
  • Managing invoicing and work orders
  • Clear and professional client communication
  • Staying on top of Strata Regulations

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, transparency, and results for our clients—and we'll give you the training and tools to do the same.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service skills (real estate experience highly regarded)

  • Tech savvy with good digital/software skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on procedures
Desirable Requirements
  • Current driver's licence
  • National Police Clearance
  • Previous experience in real estate or strata (preferred but not essential)
