
Parts Interpreter

Our client, a leading national supplier of automotive components, is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive parts interpretation and sales support, looking to grow their career with a forward-thinking company. In this role, you\'ll manage a variety of sales and stock-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Handling phone, trade counter, and online sales enquiries
- Assisting customers with quotes, orders, and product-related solutions
- Managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
- Coordinating freight logistics and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting internal sales efforts and assisting with general store duties
- Making occasional site visits to deliver products to clients
- Previous experience in automotive parts interpretation (essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in using computers and relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift licence is advantageous
