Overview

Our client, a leading national supplier of automotive components, is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in automotive parts interpretation and sales support, looking to grow their career with a forward-thinking company. In this role, you\'ll manage a variety of sales and stock-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handling phone, trade counter, and online sales enquiries
  • Assisting customers with quotes, orders, and product-related solutions
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
  • Coordinating freight logistics and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting internal sales efforts and assisting with general store duties
  • Making occasional site visits to deliver products to clients
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive parts interpretation (essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency in using computers and relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift licence is advantageous
