The Opportunity

Your role and responsibilities
  • Lead the next phase of growth, developing and executing a statewide strategy to expand the Sydney market and build a high-value client portfolio.
  • Expand sector reach, building on a strong footprint in QSR, FMCG and retail, while accelerating growth in financial services, insurance, banking, and pharma.
  • Win new clients and drive revenue, identifying high-growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Leverage proprietary AI-powered technology, from category immersion to product innovation and concept generation, to deliver competitive advantage.
  • Scale qualitative and sensory capabilities, enhancing a strong quantitative research foundation with cutting-edge methodologies.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a growth mindset, commercial excellence, and a hands-on leadership culture.
  • Own commercial success, with full P&L responsibility and a focus on revenue expansion, operational efficiency and market leadership.
