We are looking for Food & Beverage Superstars to join our F&B outlets and help lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences Join us here at Hyatt in the journey of making travel more human, connected, and sustainable. Here, everyone's role matters, and your individuality is celebrated.

Roles Available

• Food & Beverage Team Leader (Lennons Restaurant & Bar)
• Bartender (for our Hibiscus Terrace and Pool Bar)
• Food & Beverage Attendant (Lennons Restaurant)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
• Problem solve any guest complaints and escalate where required
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
• To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.
  
  

Requirements

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
• High level of communication
• High level of grooming and personal presentation
• Previous customer service experience
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
• Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded
• Legal working rights in Australia

Responsible to welcome all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional staying experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our purpose to life, by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests. Ideally you have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.Seniority level
