Branch Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief – Banking – Townsville. Home branch: Townsville; role involves supporting Townsville, Ayr and Ingham branches. Licence and transport are essential.

• Support NAB's Townsville, Ayr, and Ingham branches by being the first point of contact for customers and placing their needs at the center of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure for customers.

• A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB's diverse range of customers.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail to ensure every transaction is efficient and accurate.
• Customer-centric thinking with an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of customers.
• No banking experience required — full training provided.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 30+ hours per week. 9:00am – 4:30pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and 9:00am – 5:15pm on Thursday. Home branch: Townsville; role may require coverage at Ayr and Ingham. Mileage is paid.
