Casual Branch Customer Advisor role at NAB for Atherton Tablelands, QLD (NAB Thursday Island, Queensland, Australia).

Responsibilities

• Support NAB's Ravenshoe, Atherton and Mareeba branches by being the first point of contact for customers; put the customer at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending, banking transactions).
• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy, and secure.

Hours

Candidates must be available to work 1-3 days per week when required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:15am–4:15pm and Thursday 9:15am–5:15pm. The first 4 weeks will require full-time availability Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.
