Outside Sales Representatives - Roofing

Compensation:
We offer alucrative commission structure. TheSr. Sales Rephas the potential to earn anywhere between$80,000 - $200,000+per year, withtop earners exceeding$250,000++.

W2 AND 1099 options available. W2 packages include bases ranging up to $75k base + gas card + Truck stipend AND commission (Base offered depends on experience level). We have the most aggressive 1099 compensation package in the industry

  • Customer-centric rolerequiring face-to-face interactions with prospective clients.
  • Work directly with homeowners toassess damage, provide estimates,and collaborate with the production team.
Experience:
  • Proven success insales(ideally in roofing, solar, or service-related industries).
  • Experience inResidential Roofing Sales, ideally in bothinsurance and retail.
  • 3+ yearsof outside sales experience.
  • Ability toclimb a ladderto inspect roofing shingles.
  • Experience incustomer service and conflict resolution.

  • Driver's License (Required).
Location:
  • Primarily working out of the Greater St. Louis area, with the freedom to sell anywhere in Florida or Missouri as opportunities arise.
