About the role

Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of aviation logistics? PHI Aviation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Supply Officer to join our high-performing supply chain team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in inventory, supply, and logistics, while working alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced environment.

This role is on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster, residential in Broome.

Reporting to the Supply Officer Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high accuracy of the stores inventory and ensuring 100% compliance with Aircraft release documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reviewing and receipting purchase orders in accordance with aviation compliance.
  • Goods in and out, including shipping domestic and international.
  • Ensuring all logistics tasks are carried out competently and diligently in accordance with the Logistics Manual.
  • Conducting stock takes as directed.
  • Ensuring stores are always kept clean and tidy.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Interpret technical data.
  • Sound understanding of warehousing and logistics.
  • Relevant aircraft and product knowledge desirable.
  • Experience using RAMCO or a similar inventory management system.
