About the role

We have an exciting opportunityfor a Supply Officer to join our dynamic team on a 7:7 roster, residential in Broome.

If you have strong attention todetail and a passion for the aviation industry, we want to hear from you. Youwill be responsible for inventory, logistics and administration activities by collaboratingwith the supply and purchasing team to achieve a seamless process.

Reporting to the Supply officeSupervisor you will play a pivotal role in the success of ensuring highaccuracy of the stores inventory and ensuring 100% compliance with Aircraftrelease documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of the roleinclude:

  • Reviewing and receipting purchase orders inaccordance with aviation compliance.
  • Goods in and out, including shipping domesticand international.
  • Ensuring all logistics tasks are carried outcompetently and diligently in accordance with the Logistics Manual.
  • Ensure stores are always kept clean and tidy.

To be considered for this role,you will need:

  • Interprettechnical data.
  • Soundunderstanding of purchasing a logistics.
  • Relevantaircraft and product knowledge.
  • Experienceusing RAMCO or a similar inventory management system.
