Job Title

The Team Leader will oversee a high-performing team of outbound appointment setters, comprising consultants across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive daily performance and quality appointments for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to monitor progress and maintain accountability.
  • Develop and grow new team members to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing large teams in a sales or contact centre environment.
  • Strong background in appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing.
  • Skilled in coaching, KPI tracking, and live performance management.
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence.
Work Environment
