Senior/Project Manager

The Role

1. Join a well-established team as a Project Manager.
2. Forecast and manage project budgets.
3. Ensure quality processes and delivery across all projects and project teams.
4. Manage RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
5. Handle procurement, including scope of work and tender packages.
6. Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts.

Experience/Qualifications Required

1. Proven track record in commercial construction project management.
2. Experience delivering projects up to or above $80m, including aged care, multi-residential, and commercial tower developments.
3. Ability to manage program, schedule, and sequence trades effectively.
4. Experience with construction software such as Hammertech, Procore, or similar.
5. Strong relationship-building skills with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
6. Trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
