The purpose of this role is to collaborate to enhance employee-facing content for our client's Global HR function. This involves applying expertise in UX content design, HCD, user-research, authoring, and publishing within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project initiative leaders and teams to define content needs, design solutions aligned with best practices, implement content solutions driving the adoption of strategic change.
  • Audit and evaluate Intranet content for quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Apply a pragmatic methodology to develop and execute content design work.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends to optimise content capability.
  • Support and mentor stakeholders in the HR function to build people content capability for the future.
  • Lead and continuously improve content research, authoring, governance, and measurement tactics for content.

Work Experience:

  • Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • SharePoint (global employee intranet) site planning and creation
  • Virtual agent information architecture and content development (highly desirable)
  • Google Analytics, PowerShell, HTML to support content audits (highly desirable)
  • Graphic design (desirable)
  • Content research (desirable)
