We're looking for an experienced UX Writer to be part of creating exceptional customer experiences through UX writing and content design for a global product. You will produce engaging and on-brand copy, strategically thinking through multi-region customer journeys and collaborating with designers, researchers, product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling UX content solutions.

This is a hybrid role, in office Monday - Thursday and working from home on Friday.

Role based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The Role You'll Play
  • Produce clear, concise, useful, and engaging copy that aligns with key UX principles, our brand tone, and style.
  • Create end-to-end content consistent with the Prezzee brand, tone, and style across our website and app.
  • Analyze current user flows and experiences, identify issues and pain points, and work collaboratively with the UX team to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, researchers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for content enhancements.
  • Communicate complex information simply, authentically, friendly, and humanely.
  • Leverage data, research, and insights to inform UX and content initiatives.
  • Manage multiple demands and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Key Skills and Qualities
  • Experience in writing or editing content for web and mobile experiences as a UX writer, with a desire to grow in content design.
  • Passion for UX writing, developing strategies based on user insights and experience with user research and feedback analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills for diverse user needs.
  • Positive attitude, commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and delivering valuable solutions.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, with ownership and flexibility.
  • Growth mindset, receptive to feedback, and quick adaptability.
  • Ability to provide an online portfolio or PDF showcasing your work.
