We are looking for a dedicated, professional and friendly Customer Relations Officer to join our team based at Prestons.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Customer Service to our Sales and Service customers
- Building strong relationships between customers and the dealership
- Obtaining customer experience feedback
- Customer follow ups
The successful applicant will possess:
- Passion about providing excellent customer service
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Strong telephone skills
- Can do attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
