Guest Relations Manager

Zurich is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join the Workplace Experience & Services team. In this onsite role, you will manage the Guest Relations team, as well as a range of vendors and stakeholders, to ensure an exceptional level of service is provided to Zurich visitors and employees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing reception/security services, catering, audio visual equipment and conducting office inspections. You will coach the front of house team, review operational processes to cultivate excellent standards and work closely with our Employee Resource Groups/Community teams to uplift employee engagement. Responsibilities- Oversee guest relations operations including reception, security services, catering, audio visual equipment and office inspections.
- Coach the front of house team and review operational processes to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups/Community teams to boost employee engagement.
- Strong experience in corporate reception or high-end hotel hospitality
- Demonstrated success prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and initiative
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a solution focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency using Microsoft Office software programs
- 5 weeks leave per year for permanent staff through our Z leave initiative, as well as 15 days personal/carer's leave (as we empower our people to manage their own wellbeing), plus access to Family Care (parental leave)
- Hybrid working arrangement - office 3 days and WFH 2 days p/w standard for FT employees
