National Replenishment Analyst

National Replenishment Analyst role supporting supply chain data analysis and inventory management in a growing company partnered with Woolworths Group.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse supply chain data to support consistent inventory and replenishment decisions across states.
  • Build and maintain agreed business rules for smarter purchasing and inventory control.
  • Deliver project-based work with IT and operations to improve systems and data tools.
  • Create and distribute tailored monthly Sales & Operations presentations for national planning meetings.
  • Develop and maintain weekly reports including KPIs, service levels, usage rates, and inventory snapshots.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and dashboards using internal data platforms.
  • Support system upgrades through testing, rollout, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify process improvements and challenge legacy practices to modernise operations.
  • Engage interstate teams through presentations, training, and data-driven recommendations.
About You

What you'll need:

  • Open to recent graduates, early-career professionals, or those with relevant experience from different backgrounds.
  • Confidence using PowerPoint to structure and present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to use data to tell compelling stories and influence change.
  • Willingness to speak up, challenge legacy thinking, and drive improvement.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Open to occasional interstate travel for training, presentations, and team engagement.
