We're partnering with a prominent mid-sized listed FMCG client based in Sydney, seeking an FP&A Manager for their financial planning and analysis function. This leadership role offers a chance to influence decision-making at the highest level within a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will oversee core financial planning activities, providing critical insights to the C-Suite, Marketing, and Corporate departments (including HR, Legal, Technology, and Finance) through detailed analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver, supporting the company's growth trajectory with precision and clarity.

Your Experience
  • Hold an accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with experience in FP&A at this level.
  • Experience within the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors would be highly essential.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems implementation and process optimisation
  • A knack for translating complex data into straightforward insights that inform decision-making
  • Advanced Excel skills, along with experience using planning and BI tools such as TM1, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communicator, capable of articulating financial concepts convincingly to non-experts
  • Proactive approach to continuous process improvements
