Day to Day
Our FINS Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell our finance and banking solutions. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision-makers within their patch, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
You will use your new business development skills to develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
- Partnering with internal teams to drive additional value and share expertise
- Account tiering, POV mapping & industry mapping
- Using multiple channels to reach out to sales opportunities and uncover new logos
- Managing and overcoming objections
- Researching and understanding customer personas and industries
- Managing accounts and prioritizing appropriately
- Balancing competing priorities and timelines
Who you are
- We are open to various backgrounds; you will do well if you have a genuine passion for the FINS space or an interest in a disrupted industry. We have hired from consulting, project management, recruitment, accounting, and financial services backgrounds. Ideally, you will have been in a quota-carrying role.

- Able to craft a point of view, hold opinions, and build credibility as a 'Trusted Adviser' within your customers.

We look for Account Executives across ESB, SMB & MB, with OTE varying depending on the role.
