Overview

Account Executive, FINS – Salesforce Banking and Financial Services (FINS) team within Growth Business. You will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell finance and banking solutions, build trusted relationships, and help customers realise value from their Salesforce investments. The role involves developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Day to Day
  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell Salesforce finance and banking solutions
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and decision makers
  • Develop opportunities using new business development skills through warm leads and whitespace prospecting
  • Partner with internal teams to drive additional value and share expertise
  • Perform account tiering, POV mapping, and industry mapping
  • Use multiple channels to reach opportunities and uncover net new logo opportunities
  • Manage and overcome objections
  • Research and understand customer personas and industries
  • Manage accounts and prioritise appropriately
  • Balance competing priorities and timelines
Who you are
  • Open to diverse backgrounds; passion for the FINS space or interest in a disrupted industry. Backgrounds in consulting, project management, recruitment, accounting, and financial services are welcome. Ideally, you will have prior quota-carrying experience.

  • Ability to craft a point of view, hold opinions, and build credibility as a Trusted Adviser
  • Self-awareness and curiosity; excited about Salesforce offerings
  • Team player with a drive for progression

Notes: We look for Account Executives across ESB, SMB & MB; the OTE varies by role.
