About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial transactions, ensuring timely reconciliations, and supporting both Head Office and our award-winning venues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review General Ledger entries, including AP, AR, payroll and intercompany journals
Process and manage supplier payments
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and P&L statements with corrective actions
Oversee end-of-month processing, including accruals across Head Office and venues
Prepare year-end reconciliations and reports in line with audit requirements
Handle finance-related enquiries and support internal teams
Ensure accuracy and integrity across all financial processes
Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed by the Financial Controller or CFO

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a multi-faceted company
Understanding of accounting principles and the application of goods & services tax and fringe benefits tax
ERP system experience (NetSuite & H&L advantageous)
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and efficiency
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
