Responsibilities- Prescription Pro: Use your expertise to interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
- Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
- Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
- Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability.
- You've got experience in optics and you're ready to take on a role that's more hands-on and customer focused
- Learn and Grow: Ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career. We offer full training from basic to advanced dispensing. Cert IV Dispensing qualification is required.
- Connect with People: You're great with customers and making them feel comfortable and supported.
