Industry Based Learning opportunity in Business Administration (Warranty) at Daimler Truck Australia Pacific, offering hands-on experience in warranty support and data analytics.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Processing dealer and factory claims, reporting, and communication with the factory and dealers
- Assisting in coordinating audits and communicating with global headquarters for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Fuso Truck and Bus, and Freightliner brands
- Coordinating meetings and supporting team members with projects and tasks
- Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study, ideally in a Business-related degree
- Availability for full-time office hours from mid-January 2026 to the end of January 2027
- Valid working visa for Australia/New Zealand for the contract duration
- Innovative and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive business relationships and think creatively
- Team-oriented with a flexible and adaptable attitude
- Keen eye for detail and ability to develop or document new processes and initiatives
- Interest in gaining insights into the business unit and the truck industry
