We're Hiring: Industry Based Learning, Product Management, and Engineering

This 2026 IBL program focuses on two roles: Product Management and Engineering, commencing mid-January 2026. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until the end of January 2027. To qualify, you must be an undergraduate student in your penultimate year of study, with at least 12 months or 2 semesters remaining to complete your degree as of January 2026. Ideally, this role suits students undertaking a Mechanical Engineering degree; majors in Mechatronics are an advantage.

The role:

As one of two new IBL 2026 students in Product Management and Engineering, you will support activities related to Freightliner, Fuso, and Mercedes-Benz Trucks, collaborating with your team to achieve company goals.

Key tasks include:

• Providing engineering technical support to dealers and body builders
• Assisting with the design, development, and procurement of local kits
• Supporting rating letters, spec sheets, and development of new model specs and pricing
• Participating in safety feature demonstration days

A strong interest in immersing yourself in this role will provide deeper insights into our business and the truck industry as you begin your career.
