Cook / Commis Chef | An exciting career opportunity exists for a passionate Qualified Chef to join the team in FAR NORTH QUEENSLAND. We have vacancies across our eight venues in Far North Queensland including:

What You\'ll Need To Succeed
  • Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
  • Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue\'s menu
  • An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • At least 2 years experience required
  • Availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights & weekends
  • Trade cooking qualifications are essential
  • Flexible availability
