Responsibilities

As a Diploma Educator, you'll be part of a team dedicated to creating a nurturing, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can thrive and learn by play.

What You Need to Be Successful
  • At least working toward a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • A valid WWCC
  • Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
  • A genuine love for early childhood education and a strong commitment to excellence in care and learning
