The TeamOur Insurance & Health team is headed up by 32 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.
The RoleDue to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel level lawyer to work out of our Brisbane office for our Melbourne financial lines team. The successful candidate will work in a truly collegiate team, headed by two leading and respected financial lines Principals, Hubert Wajszel and Scott Shelly.
The role will involve defending a variety of claims brought against directors, officers and companies, and professionals across the legal, financial services, construction, health and property industries.

- ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
- ability and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; and
- collaborative and pragmatic approach.
