• Assessing, measuring, and pricing new job opportunities both onsite and in-office
• Preparing and issuing quotations for residential, rural, and commercial clients
• Managing tender processes from start through to purchase order stage

• Sales estimating experience (preferably within construction). We are open to Junior Estimators with a strong background in construction project management
• Proven fencing knowledge and experience would be advantageous
• Strong measurement skills, including dealing with rakes and angles
• Ability to interpret plans and complete tender documentation
• Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational ability with a sharp eye for detail
• Analytical thinking with the ability to problem-solve
• Proficiency with general computer systems
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Current Driver's Licence
